H World Prices Chinese Renminbi-Denominated Bond Offering

H World Group (HTHT) priced an offering of 3.35 billion Chinese renminbi ($499.5 million) of 2.25% senior unsecured bonds due 2031, the company said late Wednesday.

H World expects the offering to close by Sept. 16 and plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The company's shares were down 1.1% in premarket activity Thursday.

DocMorris (DOCM.SW) said Wednesday it completed an offering of 100 million francs of 1.5% convertible bonds that will mature on March 16, 2031.The online pharmacy company will guarantee the bonds issued by its DocMorris Finance subsidiary at par. The issuer will have the option to redeem the bonds ahead of maturity at any time on or after Oct. 7, 2029, subject to various conditions.Proceeds from the offering will be used to buy back the company's outstanding 2028 bonds and for general corporate expenditures.Settlement is expected by Sept. 16.

Hengyi Petrochemical Raises Registered Capital to 4.1 Billion Yuan After Bond Conversions

Hengyi Petrochemical (SHE:000703) raised its registered capital to 4.11 billion yuan from 3.82 billion yuan following bond conversions.Between April 11 and Sept. 8, the chemical fiber manufacturer's total shares increased to 4.11 billion from 3.82 billion due to bond-to-equity conversions, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the company were down 3% in recent trade.
