Guizhou Chanhen Chemical Subsidiary to Slash Capital After Partner Withdraws

Guizhou Chanhen Chemical (SHE:002895) controlled subsidiary Hengxuan New Energy will reduce registered capital by 160 million yuan after minority shareholder Guoxuan Holding ceased its unpaid capital contribution obligation.

The reduction will lower Hengxuan New Energy's registered capital to 640 million yuan from 800 million yuan.

Guizhou Chanhen Chemical's contribution remains unchanged at 480 million yuan, but its stake rose to 75% from 60%, while Guoxuan Holding's stake declined to 25% from 40%.
