Grit Metals (FIN.V) appointed Jake Clark as its new chief executive and director, effective immediately, it said in a statement on Wednesday.
Clark currently serves as the vice president of Exploration of the company.
Previous CEO, Jeremy Poirier, will assume the position of chairman, replacing the current chairman, Gino DeMichele, who will retire from the board effective immediately, the company added.
The company's shares last traded Aug. 11, closing at C$0.105 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
