GoldHaven Resources (GOH.CN) plans to raise gross proceeds of up to C$2 million through a flow-through non-brokered financing, it said late Monday.
The company plans to issue flow-through common shares priced at C$0.265 each, it said.
The company expects the offering to support its upcoming maiden drill program at its flagship Magno Project in British Columbia, said GoldHaven.
The company will use the gross proceeds to incur eligible Canadian exploration expenses that qualify as flow-through critical mineral mining expenditures, it said.
Completion of the offering is subject to customary closing conditions, added GoldHaven.
