GFL Environmental (GFL.TO) after trade Wednesday reported second-quarter adjusted income per share from continuing operations of C$0.19, down from C$0.26 a year ago.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings per share of C$0.23.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was C$1.95 billion, up from C$1.68 billion a year prior.
Analysts expected revenue of C$1.89 billion.
GFL said it updated its 2026 guidance, assuming a USD/CAD exchange rate of 1.40 for the remainder of the year. The company now expects revenue of about C$7.51 billion to C$7.53 billion, up from its previous guidance of C$7.32 billion to C$7.34 billion.
