Gamehost Receives Final Court Order Authorizing Sale to Pure Casino Entertainment

Gamehost (GH.TO) on Monday said it is proceeding with its sale to Pure Casino Entertainment as it received the final order from the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, allowing its sale to Pure for $13.65 in cash per share.

The deal will be implemented by way of a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) and is expected to close this month, subject to customary closing conditions.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.01 to $13.62 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
