Franco-Nevada (FNV.TO) has agreed to acquire a gross royalty worth AU$170 million from Minerals 260 Limited to support development of the Bullabulling Gold Project in Western Australia, the company said Sunday.
Franco-Nevada has also agreed to subscribe for AU$30 million of Minerals 260's ordinary shares as a lead order in a future equity raise. The financing package increases support to develop Bullabulling to AU$420 million.
The acquisition increases its royalty interest over the project to a 3.90% gross royalty plus an expanded area of interest and enhanced royalty profile.
