The approval covers adults with neurofibromatosis type 1 who have symptomatic plexiform neurofibromas that cannot be completely removed.
The drug was previously approved in China for three other indications, including treatment of pediatric NF1 patients with symptomatic plexiform neurofibromas.

Kafelaku Coffee Holding (HKG:1869) has revised the terms for its private placement offering to raise HK$11.6 million, up from HK$11 million, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The specialty coffee chain said it will now offer 282.1 million shares at HK$0.041 apiece, up from HK$0.039.
