Flow Capital Announces Repayment of TVision Investment After Viant Buy

Flow Capital (FW.V) on Wednesday said its investment in TVision Insights was repaid following TVision's acquisition by Viant Technology (DSP).

The early repayment, in addition to the interest earned on the loan, provides the company with an accelerated realization of its investment and is expected to increase Flow's book value by about $1 million.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.08 to $0.82 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
