Henan Wanxi reduced its stake via block and bulk trading between July 23 and Sept. 2, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The combined holdings of Henan Wanxi and concerted parties declined to 35.88% from 36.67%.

Kafelaku Coffee Holding (HKG:1869) has revised the terms for its private placement offering to raise HK$11.6 million, up from HK$11 million, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The specialty coffee chain said it will now offer 282.1 million shares at HK$0.041 apiece, up from HK$0.039.
