F-Secure Lands New EUR147 Million Facilities

F-Secure (FSECURE.HE) said Friday it obtained new facilities worth a total of 147 million euros to repay its existing loans and replace its current revolving credit facility.

The latest agreement includes a term loan facility of 137 million euros, to be drawn in two installments, and a revolving credit facility of 10 million euros with Danske Bank and OP Corporate Bank. The loans mature in three years, with two one-year extension options.

The Finnish cybersecurity company noted that it consolidated the three existing facilities into a single financing arrangement.

Jiangxi Copper Issues 1.5 Billion Yuan Bonds

Jiangxi Copper (SHA:600362) issued a total of 1.50 billion yuan of bonds across two tranches, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The first tranche has a total issuance amount of 600 million yuan, a term of 10 years and an interest rate of 2.14%, while the second tranche has a size of 900 million yuan, a 15-year term and a rate of 2.33%.The two tranches are part of a 7 billion-yuan bond program approved in June.
