Euro Manganese Appoints Sean Gallagher as Interim CFO, Signs Deal to Sell Electrolytic Manganese Metal

Euro Manganese (EMN.V) on Tuesday said it appointed Sean Gallagher as interim chief financial officer, taking over. from interim chief financial officer Sherry Roberge.

Gallagher was most recently chief financial officer of Alufer Mining, a mining company with bauxite assets in the Republic of Guinea.

Euro Manganese also announced overnight Monday that it signed a non-binding offtake term sheet to sell electrolytic manganese metal from its Chvaletice Manganese Project in the Czech Republic, to 6K Energy, a producer of advanced cathode active materials.

The initial sales are expected to be supplied from Euro Manganese's demonstration plant in 2028.

"This term sheet represents an important step toward converting customer interest into a long-term commercial relationship. 6K Energy's successful testing and preliminary qualification of our material provide valuable validation of its quality and suitability for advanced battery-material applications," Chief Executive Officer Martina Blahova said.

Euro Manganese shares were last seen unchanged at C$0.095 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Matador Technologies Amends Note Facility to Commit Share of Proceeds to Bitcoin

Matador Technologies (MATA.V) said Monday after-trade a second amendment to a $100 million convertible-note facility with a US institutional investor will allow it to commit to regular Bitcoin purchase.The amendment allows for 10% of the net proceeds of every sale of shares under the facility to purchase Bitcoin within five business days of the end of the calendar month in which the sale settled.Matador's treasury strategy is built on regular accumulation of Bitcoin, and the amendment allows that practice to continue in the company's financing arrangements, a statement said.The company's at the market (ATM) equity program, announced earlier this year, allows Matador to sell up to C$30 million of shares. The ATM operates under Matador's C$80 million base shelf prospectus. The second amendment does not increase the size of the ATM program or of the base shelf prospectus, but preserves Matador's ability to establish ATM offerings or distribution agreements while Notes remain outstanding, the statement added.Matador shares closed unchanged at C$0.025 on the TSX Venture Exchange, a 52-week low.

Taranis Resources Finds Consistent Mineral Enrichment at Thor and Ajax Sites

Taranis Resources (TRO.V) on Monday reported results from a study of by-product metals at the Thor project in British Columbia.The samples were collected from a stockpile of vein material at Thor and adit dumps at the historic Ajax mine across the valley. The same analytical methods were used for both sites, with results showing consistent enrichment of epithermal-style precious and critical minerals at both locations, the company said."The findings of the study strongly indicate further exploration activities between the two historical mine sites and further indicates that a single enrichment event is responsible for the existence of both mineral deposits," the company added.All samples for the Thor project have been delivered to Actlabs in Kamloops, B.C, according to the statement.The company's shares closed up C$0.005 to C$0.13 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
