Etruscus Resources (ETR.CN) plans to raise up to C$700,000 through a non-brokered private placement, it said in a statement on Thursday.
The company placed up to 9.3-million flow-through units at C$0.075 per unit, or up to 11.7-million non-flow-through units at C$0.06 per unit.
Flow-through proceeds will be incurred on qualifying Canadian exploration expenses on its Rock & Roll property in British Columbia. Non-flow-through proceeds will fund both the company's general working capital and additional exploration needs, Etruscus added.
Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at C$0.06 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
