ETA Design & Build, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ETA Group (KLSE:ETA), has entered into three construction agreements worth a total of 66.7 million ringgit and three subcontract agreements valued at 63.5 million ringgit with related parties, according to a Tuesday filing to the Malaysian bourse.
The three design and build construction agreements were signed with ETA Industries, while the three subcontract agreements are with ETA World.
The contracts entail the design and build of three industrial projects on freehold land in Kapar, Klang, in Selangor, Malaysia, comprising factories, warehouses and ancillary office accommodation, as well as refuse chambers, substations and guard houses.
The scope of the works involves the design, engineering, procurement and construction of the projects, including 14 single-storey semi-detached factories with offices, two TNB compact substations, and four single-storey semi-detached factories with a single-storey warehouse and offices.
The works are to be completed within twenty-four months from the date of building plan approval for each project.
