ETA Unit Bags 13 Million Ringgit in Construction Contracts; Shares Up 4%

ETA Design & Build, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ETA (KLSE:ETA), has secured two construction orders worth 13.2 million ringgit with subsidiaries of Eckem Holdings (KLSE:ECKEM), according to a Thursday filing to the Malaysian bourse.The company's shares were up nearly 4% in Friday's trade.The contracts, worth 6.6 million ringgit each, are for the design and construction of industrial factory and warehouse buildings in Gombak, Selangor.The scope of work includes the design, engineering, procurement, and construction of the buildings.The work is expected to be completed within 24 months from the date of the respective agreements.
