Equinox Gold Posts Jump in Q2 Adjusted Net Income, Boosts Dividend by 50%

Equinox Gold (EQX.TO) reported second-quarter adjusted net income of $0.16 per share, up from $0.09 per share a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.16.

Revenue was $769.8 million, up from $285.8 million. Two analysts expected $782.8 million.

The company produced 175,321 ounces of gold from operating assets included in guidance, down from 219,122 ounces of gold. For the full year, Equinox sees gold production guidance of 870,000 to 920,000 ounces.

Equinox's board approved a 50% increase to the quarterly dividend to $0.0225 per common share, payable Sept. 2 to shareholders of record on Aug. 19.

They closed down C$1.1 at C$49.8 on Toronto Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

WSP Global Reports Higher Earnings and Revenue for the Second Quarter; Q3, 2026 Outlooks Set

WSP Global (WSP.TO) after trade Wednesday reported second-quarter adjusted net earnings per share of C$2.88, up from C$2.35 a year ago.Analysts polled by FactSet expected C$2.83.Revenue for the quarter ended June 26 was C$5.40 billion, up from C$4.51 billion a year ago. Net revenue rose to C$4.27 billion, compared with C$3.48 billion a year earlier.Analysts polled by FactSet expected sales of C$4.22 billion.The company raised the lower end of its 2026 net revenue guidance to C$16.2 billion from C$16 billion, while maintaining the upper end at C$17 billion. For Q3, it expects net revenue of C$4.15 billion to C$4.35 billion.
