Equinor (EQNR.OL) said Wednesday its net income and revenue for the first half jumped year over year.
Net income attributable to equity holders for the six months ended June 30 was $7.95 billion, compared with $3.94 billion a year ago. EPS moved to $3.22 from $1.47.
The Norwegian energy company's revenue was $62.34 billion, compared with $54.51 billion earlier.
Meanwhile, the board declared a cash dividend of $0.39 per share for the second quarter, payable on Nov. 25 to shareholders on record Nov. 16. It paid $0.37 per share in the year-ago quarter.
