Enwell Energy Ousts Chairman at Annual General Meeting

Enwell Energy (ENW.L) said Friday that Chairman Chuck Valceschini was not reelected at its annual general meeting held earlier the same day.

The resolution for Valceschini's reelection as a director of the oil and gas exploration and production group received 11.82% of votes in favor and 88.18% against. As a result, Valceschini ceased to be a director of the group, effective immediately.

Finance Director Bruce Burrows will serve as the company's interim chairman until a permanent successor is named.

Venture Global, Atlantic-SEE Expand US LNG Supply Agreement

Venture Global (VG) and Greece-based Atlantic-SEE LNG Trade said late Thursday they expanded their existing sales and purchase agreement for US liquefied natural gas.Under the revised agreement, Atlantic-SEE will double its contracted LNG purchases with Venture Global from a minimum of 0.5 million tonnes per annum to 1.0 million tonnes per annum.The 20-year agreement is scheduled to begin in 2030, according to a statement.
