Enphase Energy Starts US Shipments of Commercial Microinverters

Enphase Energy (ENPH) said Thursday it began shipping its IQ9S-3P commercial microinverters in the US.

The company said the gallium nitride-based microinverters, designed for high-wattage solar panels and three-phase installations, support solar panels up to 770 watts and deliver up to 548 VA of continuous output power without requiring external transformers.

Enphase said safe harbor orders will remain open through July 4 ahead of federal tax credit deadlines.

The company added the product is manufactured in the US and may help eligible projects qualify for domestic content tax incentives.
