Elementos (ASX:ELT) said the Andalusian government granted its wholly-owned Spanish unit, Minas de Estaño de España, three additional mineral exploration tenements through public tender, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The tenements, Laurencia, Pascuala, and San Jose, are adjacent to the Oropesa tin project. Regional reconnaissance identified very similar geological signatures to the project.
Publicly available soil sampling data collected by government agencies from the application area indicate the San Jose tenement is prospective for critical minerals, including rare earth elements, lithium, tin, tungsten, fluorite, and copper.
