Edwards Lifesciences Seen Building on Catalyst Pipeline, RBC Says

By

Edwards Lifesciences (EW) is competitively differentiated and positioned to sustain double-digit growth as product catalysts build through 2027, RBC Capital Markets said in a Thursday note.

Meanwhile, Q2 results reinforced that view as transcatheter aortic valve replacement, or TAVR, sales exceeded expectations, supported by market growth and modest share gains, the note said.

RBC also pointed to continued clinical momentum and adoption of the Sapien 3 Ultra platform.

Regulatory and pipeline developments continue to support its growth outlook, including a final US national coverage determination for TAVR expected in September, trial result and anticipated US approval of Pascal, the note said.

RBC raised its 2026 revenue estimate to $6.76 billion and said it continues to expect adjusted EPS of $3.02.

RBC reiterated its outperform rating on Edwards Lifesciences and $110 price target.
