EDM Resources Receives DTC Eligibility

EDM Resources' (EDM.V) shares have received The Depository Trust Company eligibility, for electronic clearing and settlement in the US, it said Thursday.

The company started trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under the ticker symbol EDMFF recently, it added.

"By making our shares easier to trade and settle electronically through U.S. brokerage firms, we expect to improve accessibility for U.S. investors and further expand our exposure within the North American investment community," said Chief Executive Officer Mark Haywood.

The company's shares were last seen down C$0.05, or 7.8%, to C$0.59 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

CAE's Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings Remain Unchanged; Revenue Rises; Fiscal 2027 Outlook Kept

CAE (CAE.TO) after trade Wednesday reported fiscal first-quarter adjusted earnings per share of C$0.26, unchanged from a year ago.Analysts polled by FactSet expected C$0.23.Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 rose to C$1.17 billion from C$1.10 billion a year earlier.Analysts polled by FactSet expected C$1.13 billion.The company said its fiscal 2027 outlook remains unchanged. It continues to expect low-single-digit percentage revenue growth and adjusted EPS of C$1.21 to C$1.28.
