ECN Capital's Q1 Adjusted Net Income Increases YoY

ECN Capital's (ECN.TO) adjusted net income rose year over year in the first quarter, the company reported late on Monday.

Adjusted net income applicable to common shareholders was C$10.1 million, or $0.04 per share, up from $7.2 million, or $0.03 per share.

Adjusted EBITDA was $29.7 million, an increase from $25.5 million.

Originations were $665.1 million, rising from $538.2 million. Managed assets were $7.5 billion as of March 31, 2026, compared with $7.2 billion as at March 31, 2025.
