ECA Integrated Solution (KLSE:ECA) proposed a private placement of up to 20% of its issued shares to third-party investors, according to a Friday Bursa Malaysia filing.
The company will share the pricing at a later date.
The proposal is subject to shareholders' approval.
Proceeds will be used for the construction of a new facility and to pay off expenses, it said.
