Eastern Media International Unit Plans NT$900 Million Capital Increase

Eastern Media International (TPE:2614) said major unit Eastern Asset will issue 90 million shares in a cash capital increase, raising NT$900 million, according to a Tuesday filing.

The shares will be issued at NT$10 each, with 10% reserved for employees and 90% for existing shareholders in proportion to their holdings.

Proceeds will be used to strengthen working capital and fund construction requirements.

The capital increase record date is Nov. 5, 2026.
