Eastern Media Unit Awards NT$628 Million Construction Deal, Updates Related NT$700 Million Contract
Eastern Media International (TPE:2614) unit Eastern Asset awarded construction-related contracts worth a combined NT$628 million for its Linkou Global Operations Headquarters project in New Taipei, Taiwan, according to a Wednesday Exchange filing.The work was awarded to Lead-Fu Industrials and covers curtain wall engineering and material procurement for Building B of the development.In a separate same-day disclosure, the company also updated details of a related curtain wall agreement for the office building, with the total package valued at NT$700 million, including NT$56 million for engineering and NT$644 million for materials, with no changes to counterparties or core terms.
