Celestica Q2 Earnings and Revenue Beat Estimates; Raises 2026 Outlook

Celestica (CLS.TO, CLS) reported second-quarter adjusted earnings of $2.54 per share after the market close Monday, up from $1.39 a year earlier. The result exceeded the company's guidance of $2.14 to $2.34 per share and the FactSet consensus estimate of $2.27.Adjusted net earnings, excluding most one-time items, for the three months ended June 30 rose to $295.4 million from $161.2 million in the prior-year period.Revenue rose to $4.70 billion from $2.90 billion a year earlier, topping the FactSet consensus estimate of $4.33 billion.For the third quarter, the AI-infrastructure company expects revenue of $5.25 billion to $5.55 billion and adjusted earnings of $2.88 to $3.08 per share.While for full 2026 financial year, the company expects a revenue of $20.5 billion (previous outlook $19.0 billion) and adjusted EPS of $11.30 (previous outlook $10.15).The company's shares were last seen up $28.29, or 9%, to $346.11 in after-hours New York trading. They closed up C$19.42 to C$449.49 on Toronto Stock Exchange on Monday.

TFI International Posts Higher Second-quarter Adjusted Earnings, Revenue; Q3 EPS Outlook Set

TFI International (TFII.TO) after trade Monday reported second-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.85 per diluted share, up from $1.34 per diluted share a year earlier.Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.60.Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $2.29 billion, up from $2.04 billion a year ago.Analysts expected revenue of $2.22 billion.The company said it expects third-quarter adjusted diluted earnings per share to be in the range of $1.70 to $1.80 "assuming no significant positive or negative change in the operating environment."
