Dynamic Map Platform Records 47 Million Yen Subsidy Income; Shares Down 14%

Dynamic Map Platform (TYO:336A) has recognized 47 million yen as subsidy income and recorded it as non-operating income, according to a Friday filing with the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The income recognition was due to the company's subsidy recipient status for a 3D map data project by Japan's Ministry of Economy.

The figure is the difference between the finalized total subsidy amount of 301 million yen and the previously recognized advance payments of 254 million yen.

The company received a notice of the subsidy amount's final determination on Thursday. The company has incorporated the non-operating income into its previously announced forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027.

Shares of the digital mapping company fell 14% in recent trade.

Jingneng Clean Energy Buys Land via Unit Stake Sale

Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy (HKG:0579) will sell a 12.1% stake in a subsidiary to Jingxi Power Generation in exchange for industrial land, which had been previously leased to accommodate the company's assets, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.The company said it bought the land, located in Beijing and valued at 279.5 million yuan, in order to proceed with construction for its waste heat utilization project, which would not have been otherwise permitted under its previous arrangement with Jingxi.Jingxi Power was issued 141.1 million new shares in the subsidiary, and the company did not receive cash proceeds from the transaction.Both Jingxi and Jingneng are tied to Beijing Energy Holding, the holding and controlling entity of the companies.
