dynaCERT Receives First Series Order From Vietnam Trucking Logistics Company

dynaCERT (DYA.TO) has received a first series order from a trucking logistics company in Vietnam, the company announced on Wednesday.

The pilot installation showed that the company's HydraGEN technology met the customer's performance objectives and operational requirements, stated the company.

In addition, the company has completed installing multiple HydraGEN units on trucks and container lifters at "one of the world's largest port operators" in Vietnam, dynaCERT added.

"The positive results achieved to date reinforce our confidence in the market potential of dynaCERT 's HydraGEN technology, and we anticipate continued success as adoption expands among customers throughout Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asian region," said dynaCERT president Bernd Krueper.

Westport Fuel Systems Closes US$10 Million Financing

Westport Fuel Systems (WPRT.TO, WPRT) after close on Thursday said it completed a US$10 million financing.The company sold 1.6-million shares and 3.25-million pre-funded warrants in a registered direct offering, along with warrants to purchase up to 4.85-million additional shares in a concurrent private placement. The combined purchase price was US$2.06 per share or pre-funded warrant, including the associated warrant, it said.The company plans to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.If all of the private placement warrants are exercised for cash, the company could receive about an additional US$10 million in gross proceeds, according to the statement.The company's shares closed up C$0.10 to C$2.98 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
