Duopharma Biotech (KLSE:DPHARMA) has received a six-month extension for its supply contracts with Pharmaniaga Logistics under the Ministry of Health for products under the approved purchase list, according to a Friday filing to the Malaysian stock exchange.
The company's shares were down nearly 1% in recent trade.
The contracts, which cover the supply of 97 products, have been extended from Jan. 1, 2027 to June 30, 2027, or such other date as may be determined by the Government of Malaysia. The existing contracts were originally set to expire on Dec. 31, 2026.
The company's wholly-owned subsidiaries Duopharma (M), Duopharma Manufacturing (Bangi) and Duopharma HAPI received notices of extension from Pharmaniaga Logistics for their respective supply agreements.
