Dundee (DC-A.TO) provided the latest assays from an ongoing 35,000-meter infill drilling program at Westhaven Gold's (WHN.V) South Zone gold-silver deposit, part of the Shovelnose property in British Columbia.
Results from a Dundee-funded exploration program include 37.89 meters grading at 5.29 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 14.0 meters grading at 13.09 g/t gold, the company said Tuesday.
"The consistency of these drill results continues to support our high conviction in the quality of the South Zone deposit," President and Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Goodman said.
In February, Dundee secured an option to acquire up to a 60% stake in Westhaven's four Spences Bridge Gold Belt properties by spending up to CA$85 million in staged project expenditures.
A pre-feasibility study is expected to be completed in the second half of 2027, Dundee said.
