Dream Industrial REIT Q2 FFO, Net Rental Income Rise; Announces 2.5% Distribution Increase

Dream Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (DIR-UN.TO) reported second quarter funds from operations of C$0.28 per unit, compared to C$0.26 per unit a year earlier.

Net rental income for the quarter ended June 30 was C$102.4 million compared to C$94.7 million a year earlier, Dream Industrial REIT added late Tuesday.

Dream Industrial REIT will be increasing its distribution by 2.5% to an annualized rate of approximately C$0.7175 per unit, starting with its Sept. 15, 2026 distribution, it added.
