DraftKings (DKNG), Flutter Entertainment (FLUT) unit FanDuel, and Fanatics Betting and Gaming signed multiyear commercial agreements with the National Football League ahead of the 2026 season, the NFL said Thursday.
The deals allow the operators to use official NFL trademarks and logos in sportsbook advertising and promotions across both online and retail betting, the league said in a statement.
The operators will also have a presence at major NFL events such as the Super Bowl and NFL draft, along with access to official play-by-play data, advanced statistics and BetVision through Genius Sports, the league's exclusive data distributor.
DraftKings will continue as the NFL's official daily fantasy sports partner, a role that includes exclusive rights to use league trademarks and other intellectual property, while Fanatics will become an official online casino marketing partner of the league.
DraftKings shares fell 0.3% in Thursday trading, and Flutter dropped 1.1%.
