Dongjiang Environmental Unit to Place 20 Million Yuan Bid for Steel Products Distribution Project

Dongjiang Environmental (HKG:0895, SHE:002672) unit Guangdong Elephant Logistics Technology plans to submit a 20 million yuan bid in the public tender for a distribution project, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Hong Kong-listed shares of the waste disposal management company were down over 1% in Thursday afternoon trading.

The one-year project starting July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, will focus on the delivery and distribution of finished steel products for Zhongnan by cargo transportation.

If granted the tender, Elephant Logistics will enter into a formal cargo transportation contract with Shanghai Ouye Logistics.

Beijing Balance Medical Technology (SHA:688198) plans to repurchase shares worth between 50 million yuan and 100 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.The company will buy back between 359,583 shares and 719,165 shares, which represents 0.26% to 0.52% of the company's total shares, within 12 months after the approval of the board of directors.The maximum repurchase price will be 139.05 yuan per share.The repurchased shares will be used for the company's employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives.The medical device manufacturer's shares rose 1% during the morning trade.
