Dongguan Dingtong Precision Metal (SHA:688668) said its 930-million-yuan convertible bonds will begin trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market on July 17.
The six-year bonds will mature in June 2032, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse. Conversion rights start Dec. 30.
