Domestic Metals Closes $3.070Million Private Placement

Domestic Metals (DMCU.V) said Tuesday afternoon it closed a private placement of share units, raising $3.07 million.

The company placed by issuing 10.97-million units priced at $0.28 each and made up of a share and a three-year warrant to buy a share for $0.40.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and exploration, including development and drilling.

The company's shares closed down $0.05 to $0.30 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
