Dolfines (ALDOL.PA) said Wednesday that its Aegide International subsidiary secured the contract to provide safety and security advisory services to an unnamed international financial institution.
Aegide's share of the contract is up to 20% of a total allocation of 3 million euros over the four-year term of the framework agreement.
Separately, the same subsidiary of the listed engineering and services specialist also secured the contract to train the staff of an unnamed public higher education institution in France on workplace health, safety, and prevention. The three-year contract is valued at up to 100,000 euros.
Meanwhile, Dolfines Gulf Consultancy flagged a one-year extension to an existing contract with an international energy group to ensure the integrity, safety, and performance of drilling rigs. The extension covers projects primarily located in Africa and Europe.
