DMG Mori (TYO:6141) plans to raise 50.24 billion yen by issuing 15 million new shares through an international offering, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Thursday.
The new shares, with an issue price of 3,349 yen apiece, will increase the company's total number of issued shares to 157.3 million from 142.3 million.
The proceeds will be used to fund plant expansion and potential mergers and acquisitions, with payment due Aug. 27 and delivery scheduled for Aug. 28.
