Deutsche Börse (DB1.F) said Wednesday it will issue 600 million euros of 0.50% convertible bonds maturing Sept. 16, 2031.
The bonds will be issued at 100% of the principal amount with a denomination of 100,000 euros. The German exchange operator will have the option to redeem the bonds on or after Nov. 5, 2029, at a price between 105.84% and 108.53% of the principal amount.
Settlement is expected by Sept. 16, with net proceeds earmarked for general corporate expenditures, including debt refinancing.
