Denso (TYO:6902) has completed the disposal of 3.9 million treasury shares at 1,850 yen per share, totalling 7.22 billion yen, with the allotment made to Custody Bank of Japan.
The subscription and payment were both completed on June 19, following the board resolution on May 22, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.
Following the disposal, the company's remaining treasury shares stand at 215,031,707 shares.
