Denison Mines (DML.TO) says Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation (PBCN) now supports the development and operation of the Wheeler River Project in northern Saskatchewan.
PBCN has also withdrawn the judicial review application it previously filed with the Court of King's Bench for Saskatchewan for the Environmental Assessment approval for the Phoenix In-Situ Recovery (ISR) uranium mine, a statement said.
