Delta Resources Uplists to OTCQB Venture Market

Delta Resources (DLTA.V) said Wednesday it received approval to uplist from the OTC Pink market to the OTCQB Venture Market (OTCQB).

The company will continue to trade under 'DTARF' ticker symbol in the US, and under 'DLTA' on the TSX Venture Exchange.

"This uplisting marks an important step in raising Delta's profile and becoming more accessible to our US shareholders," chief executive Ron Kopas said in a release. "With so much going on at Delta for 2026 and 2027 now is the time to increase our exposure within the largest capital market in the world."

The company's shares were last seen up C$0.01, or 6.5%, to C$0.165 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

First Quantum Minerals Swings to a Q2 Loss Even as Revenue Rises; 2026 Outlook Maintained

First Quantum Minerals (FM.TO) after trade Tuesday reported a Q2 adjusted loss of $0.13 per share, compared with adjusted earnings of $0.02 per share a year ago.Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.06 per share.Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.52 billion, up from $1.23 billion a year earlier.Analysts expected revenue of $1.40 billion.The company said its 2026 guidance remains unchanged, however, it "continues to note a potential impact to C1 copper cash costs of approximately $0.25 per lb to reflect the year-to-date impact of higher fuel prices and Zambian kwacha rates as well as potential further impact if current fuel prices and Zambian kwacha rates persist for the remainder of the year."
