Dekon Food Sells 1 Million Market Hog Heads in June

Dekon Food and Agriculture (HKG:2419) sold a little over 1 million heads of market hogs in June with a total sales revenue of 1.3 billion yuan, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The average selling price of market hogs for the month was 9.63 yuan per kilogram, up 2.2% from the previous month.

The livestock company's revenue from the sale of a little over 5.8 million yellow-feathered broilers stood at 195.1 million yuan in the month, with an average selling price of 14.30 yuan per kilogram.

For the first five months of 2026, market hog head sales reached over 5.9 million with a revenue of 8.18 billion yuan, while the company reported revenue of 1.24 billion yuan from the sale of 34.7 million broilers.

Unisplendour to Dilute Stake in Computer Unit to 29.4%; Shares Up 9%

Semiconductor company Unisplendour (SHE:000938) said it will dilute its stake in subsidiary Unisplendour Computer Technology amid a 440-million-yuan capital increase.Unisplendour will waive its pre-emptive subscription rights, reducing its stake to 29.42% from 51%, with the subsidiary exiting consolidation, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.One of the five investors of the capital increase, Haichen Huicai, will acquire a 12% stake in Unisplendour Computer Technology from five existing shareholders before the implementation of the capital increase.Shares of Unisplendour jumped 9% in recent trade.
