Decibel Cannabis (DB.V) said Thursday its second-quarter adjusted earnings were unchanged year over year, at C$0.01 per share.
Analysts polled by FactSet had forecast C$0.01 per share.
Revenue advanced 19% to C$35.6 million, from C$29.8 million in the prior year period. The result beat the consensus analyst estimate of C$34.3 million. Decibel said international sales jumped 72% to a record C$10.6 million during the quarter.
The company raised its full year 2026 net revenue guidance to C$132 million to C$137 million, from the previous C$130 million to C$135 million.
Decibel also said board chair Shawn Dym has been appointed executive chair He will work more closely with management on capital allocation, M&A, and other long-term strategic priorities, a statement said.
The company will also complete its one for 15 share consolidation on Sept. 1.
Decibel Cannabis shares were last seen up C$0.01 to C$0.125, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
