Dana Gas (ADX:DANA) and Crescent Petroleum started the delivery of natural gas from the Khor Mor gas processing facility to Iraq's Ministry of Electricity in Kirkuk, according to a Tuesday release.
The development follows a December 2025 agreement, under which the companies, as joint operators of the Kurdistan gas project in Iraq, will supply 100 million standard cubic feet per day of gas from Khor Mor to the Kirkuk Taza power station for an initial term of one year.
Constellation Oil Services (COSH.OL) settled its offering of $650 million senior secured bond due 2033, according to a Monday release.The bond carries an annual fixed coupon of 7.700%, payable semi-annually, and will be listed on the Singapore Exchange.The offshore drilling company will use the net proceeds to fully pay its outstanding $650 million of 9.375% senior secured notes due 2029. Redemption of the existing bonds is anticipated on Tuesday.
