CT Real Estate Investment Trust (CRT-UN.TO) reported a year-over-year increase in Q2 net income per unit to C$0.45 from C$0.37 in the same period last year.
Property revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was C$156.71 million, up from C$149.78 million a year earlier. CT REIT has Canadian Tire (CTC-A.TO) as its key tenant and controlling unitholder, according to its website.
Adjusted funds from operations rose to C$0.33 per unit from C$0.32 per unit in the prior-year period.
Shares of the company closed down C$0.21 at C$17.67 on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Monday.
