CSC (SGX:C06) raised SG$3.6 million in gross proceeds from the successful close of its six-month Series 009 commercial paper issuance under its SDAX digital securities program, according to a Thursday Singapore Exchange filing.
The securities will be issued on the SDAX platform on Aug. 13, with maturity on Feb. 18, 2027.
Four company-related parties subscribed for a combined SG$630,000, or 17.36% of the issuance, it said.
Guosen Securities (SHE:002736) will redeem the principal and interest on its 3.5-billion-yuan bond issuance on Aug. 17, according to an after-hours filing on Thursday with the Shenzhen bourse.The three-year fixed-term bonds have an interest rate of 2.72% and are the fifth tranche of a bond program launched in 2023.Shares slipped nearly 1% during morning trading on Friday.
GF Securities (SHE:000776, HKG:1776) on Aug. 17 will pay annual interest on its 3.7 billion-yuan medium-term bonds, according to a Thursday aftermarket filing on the Shenzhen bourse.The five-year bonds of 2.5 billion yuan hold a coupon rate of 3.12%, while the 10-year bonds of 1.2 billion yuan carry a 3.60% coupon rate. Interest per 1,000-yuan lot amounts to 31.20 yuan and 36.00 yuan, respectively.Shares of the brokerage were down 2% in recent trade on the Shenzhen bourse and 1% in Hong Kong.
Datang International Power Generation (SHA:601991, HKG:0991) completed the issuance of 2 billion yuan bonds on Thursday, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The two-year debt forms part of a 90 billion yuan program. The coupon rate for the bonds is 1.51%.Shares fell 4% in Shanghai during Friday morning trading.
