Asia Capital Group Public Company (BKK:ACAP) said The Court of Appeals for Specialized Cases has rejected the company's appeal regarding an earlier Central Bankruptcy Court order.
The financial services company had submitted the appeal on Dec. 9, 2025, as part of its rehabilitation process and exercise of legal rights through the court system, according to a Tuesday Thailand Exchange filing.

Posco Holdings (KRX:005490) disclosed a serious industrial accident at its Shinansan Line l, which left one worker dead, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The worker fell from a height during electrical work preparation in a vertical shaft on Tuesday.
