Cosel Loss Widens in Fiscal 2026

Cosel's (TYO:6905) net loss attributable to owners of the parent widened to 3.41 billion yen in fiscal 2026, up sharply from a loss of 113 million yen a year earlier.

The manufacturer of power supply products posted a basic loss per share of 82.81 yen, compared to a loss per share of 2.84 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.

Net sales dropped 7.4% year on year to 25.1 billion yen in the fiscal year ended May 20 from 27.1 billion yen a year earlier.

The company declared a final dividend of 28 yen per share for the fiscal year, payable from July 23.

For fiscal 2027, the company forecasts a net profit of 1.20 billion yen, EPS of 29.25 yen, and net sales of 23.9 billion yen.

Teco Electric and Machinery (TPE:1504) TECNOS International Consulting acquired the right to use office space in Taipei, Taiwan, for NT$22.4 million, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.Shares gained about 2% in Friday's late morning trade.The assets will be purchased from related party Tong-An Assets Development & Management.The lease term runs from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2032, and the office space will be used to meet operational requirements.
