Core Lithium (ASX:CXO) agreed to sell the final batch of lithium fines stockpile from the Finniss operation in the Northern Territory to Glencore International AG, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The stockpile amounts to about 25,000 tonnes with a base price of roughly $285 per tonne cost, insurance, and freight, subject to customary adjustments, the filing said.
The shipment is slated for the current quarter, with net proceeds subject to final grade adjustments and transport costs, per the filing.
Shares rose 1% in morning trade Friday.
